Terms

If Buyer order and buy offered goods in the Internet shop and uses other services of LIFE Group SIA, it is considered that the Buyer accept the general terms and agrees with the terms of the distance contract and comply with them. In case of any breach of the Terms and Conditions, LIFE Group SIA has the right immediately withdraw from the purchase agreement and / or prohibit the use of the Internet store by the buyer.

All visual materials and content - pictures, drawings and data in the online store www.lifegarage.lv is the property of LIFE Group SIA. Any use of them for commercial purposes is prohibited by law. LIFE Group SIA reserves the right to correct, modify or delete any information in the online store.

Distance contract 

A distance contract (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is agreed between the Seller and the Buyer who makes an order and makes an online purchase. The Agreement enters into force when the Buyer has made an order through the means of distance communication and has received from the Seller confirmation of the order made by electronic mail or telephone. The contract is valid until it is executed, i.e. to order goods for delivery. The contract applies to all orders and purchases made in the online store.

Delivery and payment terms

Buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the item using the Internet-based payment tools or paying the invoice prepared by the seller and sent from seller to Buyer e-mail. Invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without signatures.

Seller delivers the goods within 10 days after received payment for order, in accordance with the Buyer about time of delivery. If we will not be able to provide delivery at the specified time, the possible delivery time will be arrange with Buyer in advance.

Online cards payments are accepted for orders up to 1000 Eur. If the purchase value is more than 1000 Eur, we will ask you to make payment by bank transfer.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when ordering, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that the notices related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be issued to the indicated e-mail.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days from the order receipt by sending the Seller a letter of refusal. The Seller will send the letter of withdrawal to the Buyer e-mail after Buyer request.

Buyer is obliged to return items to the Seller within 7 days after sending the refusal letter. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the items to the Seller shall be paid by Buyer.

Buyer can not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
  • ordered items by their nature can not be returned,
  • ordered items are made directly to the Buyer on an individual order;
  • buyer has opened an audio or video record or a computer program package.

Also, in order to be able to get back to the product, please keep in mind that the product should be:

  • in original packaging
  • without damage and rupture
  • no signs of use

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse to use the right of withdrawal or to compensate the Buyer if the product is damaged, during the period of use, carelessly handling the product or failing to observe the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or if its packaging is seriously damaged.

In order to exchange items or return the money, we will ask you to comply with the above conditions. Respect is a guarantor of successful cooperation and mutual respect!

Privacy

We take responsibility that Buyers private information (Name, Surname, Address, etc.) will not be given to third parties

For processing order, accounting and delivery reasons Seller can ask you the personal data: Name, Surname, Address, Telephone number, e-mail address. Seller accounting is provided by company which has access to your personal data. Your personal data is collected only in reason to provide legally correct accounting for Seller.

Buyer data is kept in platform of webpage developer. Seller computer and email address [email protected]. Personal data is kept for 5 years. Buyer have right to access their data, demand deleting personal data, correct personal data, demand to stop data processing, rights to object data processing, rights to cancel allowance of the processing data.
